Religion, Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations, Comparative Literature, South Asian Studies, Writing
Hello Pfoho pfriends old and new!
I graduated from DePaul University in Chicago in 2013 with degrees in Religious Studies and English. I then had the opportunity to do some extended studies in several different countries--Jordan, India, Italy, Morocco, and Egypt--over the years with a number of grants and fellowships. I am eager to guide and advise students who are interested in studying and researching abroad, so please reach out if you would like to chat about it!
I am a second-year doctoral student in the Committee on the Study of Religion, where I study the Islamic literatures of Kashmir (and many, many other things along the way).
In the House, I help with pFellowship applications, writing (academic and creative), and language tables, among other things.
I love hiking, kayaking, camping, and playing tennis, among other things. I am looking forward to getting to know you all this year!
