Race Relations, Pre-Law, Music
I’m originally from Dallas, Texas, and I moved to Cambridge in 2011 to attend the College, during which I actually lived in our lovely Pfoho :) After I graduated in 2015, I stuck around as a house elf, non-residential tutor, and as a campus minister for one of the student fellowships here, and, in 2016, I began what is now a joint degree program at Harvard Divinity School and Harvard Law School. I loved Pfoho, and I can’t wait to help make this place a haven for others as it was for me.
I’m kind of a jack-of-all-trades, so although my main specialities this year are Religion and Music, I’ll also be helping out with the Race Relations and CARE teams, so if you’re interested in any of these topics or really anything else, feel free to reach out, and I can, at the very least, point you in the right direction.
My academic research interests (for now ;)) include the intersection of theology, art, law, and Black studies, along with vocationally putting these things in conversation with justice work and spiritual wellbeing more generally. As far as hobbies go, I love superheroes, pop culture, playing and listening to music at very loud volumes, sports, watching TV and movies, and scouring the internet for the finest memes and GIFs.
Anyway, that’s me, and I’m very much looking forward to getting to know all of you and your ideas and passions this year!
