“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character - that is the goal of true education.” – Martin Luther King, Jr. “We are all one - and if we don't know it, we will learn it the hard way.” – Bayard Rustin “I believe in human beings, and that all human beings should be respected as such, regardless of their color.” – Malcolm X “You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.” – Mahatma Gandhi

These are some of the great thoughts I look to in the pursuit of meaningful interactions with others (Feel free to suggest other great quotes for me to look up!). When I’m not contemplating the “mysteries of the universe” I’m a virologist in training, studying herpes simplex virus (HSV) at Harvard’s medical school campus. I’m a scientist with a passion for social and racial justice, gender equality and LGBTQ rights. So… I’m a bit different, yeah? As you could probably gather, I am a Race Relations and Biology tutor here at Pfoho.

All in all, I’m glad to be returning as a second year Pfoho Resident Tutor. I hope have many deep and meaningful conversations and interactions with you. So if you see me, say hi!

Oh yeah, I dabble in photography if you ever wanna talk about DSLR stuff!
