Hello! My name is Alison Welch and I am thrilled to be joining PfoHo as the new House Administrator! I am originally from Fairfield, CT, and received my undergraduate degree in history from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, and my graduate degree in education from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. Prior to arriving at Harvard, I worked as a Resident Director at Boston College, and in New Student Orientation at Virginia Tech. I am excited to merge my experience supporting residential students with my passion for organizational and administrative development here in PfoHo. Outside of work, I love cooking, baking, and watching movies. On the weekends you can find me exploring coffee shops in Somerville and Cambridge, or hanging out at the park with my two-year-old nephew. Stop by the house office any time to say hello!
